At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to:
Remote or rural delivery areas

Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the product may be returned to us.

Josh Ayurveda is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
10. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Josh Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions.
